I been getting emails and texts nonstop from the company. I don't want to check in every time I use or even the first time. The fact that I paid should be good enough. My unit doesn't even lock. The handle is messed up.

Unit is clean and function's, but called and haven't been able to check whether room light has been fixed yet? Can't go out to there and see , and now with time change 545 dark!
